Kaula Lumpur : Foreign ministers of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations last week virtually deferred the question of a heads-of-government summit unit after naxt April's regular ASEAN meeting in Bangkok. While some sources privately predict such a top-level meeting could take place in mid-1973, the question remains whether a heads-of-government summit could pave the way to a larger-perheps all-Asian-Conference.
