Torrents of abuse were exchanged between the rival Cambodia delegations in Georgetown yesterday shortly after decision by the Non-Aligned Foreing Ministers to have Cambodia's chair at the conference occupied by the prince Sihanouk delegation speaking in the name of the Royal Government of National Union of Cambodia.
