Phnom Penh, Cambodia, August 16 (UPI) enemy troops fired at least five rounds of 82 mm mortar fake into the international Communications center twelve miles South-West of Phnom Penh, temporarily cutting off Communications with the outside world. Six government soldiers were seriously wounded in the attack on the center, and the stations Communication's antenna and generator were knocked down and badly damaged, the Cambodian Comman said.
