Khieu Samphan, the Cambodian leader visiting China, want today from Peking to Luta, a remote northeast China port seldom seem by foreigners. There was no explanation of his trip, which immediately roused speculation that Luta had been selected as a site for a meeting with Prince Norodom Sihanouk, Cambodia's nominal head of state. Sihanouk left his country after being topped from power by ani-communists in 1970 and has not returned despited the April overthrow of the Lon Nol government by the communist led Khmer Rouge.
