Cambodia:Two Regimes:The already wonky " Phnom Penh Republibc " has been taken worse. The niel has fallen in value(a dollar is worth 199 riels at the official ruls and 500 on the black market). Prices skyrocketed and goods are scarce. The prices of food and other necessities have increased by 5 to 90% (In February 1973 they rose by 20 to 30% compared with January), and those of fuel by 76%. A Kilogram of spoiled rice costs 50 to 70 riels. P10.
