Samdech Norodom Sihanouk, Head of States of Cambodia and President of the National United Front of Kampuchea (UNFK) and princes Monigue Sihanouk, accompaned by Samdech Penn Nouth, President of the Political Bureau of the NUFK's Central Committee and Prime Minister of the Royal Government of National Union of Cambodia (RGNUC), and Madame Penn Nouth, Mr Ieng Sary, special envoy of the home section of the NUFK and the RGNUG, together with other Cammbodian personalities. Paid a friendship visit to the DRVN from October 26 to 28, 1972. P3.
