Cambodia Out-of-date Diplomacy: With the complete collapse of the puppet armies and administrations, their American " advisers " scutted out of Saigon and Phnom Penh. The flight of US imperialism throw their allies and satellites in Indochina into an understandable mood of perplexity, pessimism and Scepticism. They felf that after Vietnam American global strategy would be reduced and reliance on the USA had become unwise. P7
