Summary / Abstract :

For fourtheen years now. In an attempt to turn South Vietnam into a neocolony and military base of the U.S, the U.S imperialist have been pursuing a policy of aggression the most ruthless in history, against the Vietnamese people, in flagrant violation of the independece, sovereignly, unity and territorial integrity of Vietnam which have been recognized by the 1954 Geneva agreements.
