Summary / Abstract :

On last August 20, 1970, on the 82nd birthday of president Ton Duc Thang, The Vietname Fatherland Front Central Commitee "on be half of all the Vietnamese at home and abroad, conveyed its best wishes to the Veteran revolutionay, a staunch and intimate comrade in-arms of president Ho Chi Minh. Referring to the North Vietnamese people's and armed forces great achievment during the past year in executing president Ho Chi Minh is supreme wishes, the VNFFCC "Fired by these successes promised to president Ton Doc Thang to stimulate the people to follow them up, strengthen their unity around the party and government, enhace revolutionary zeal and spead up the patriotic emulation drive in the spirit of all for the victory over the U.S aggressor and for the successful buliding of socialism.
