Phnom Penh, February 25 (AP). Khmer Rouge commandos fired anti-tank weapons at an advancing armored force and stopped a government drive toward a key road junction south of Phnom Penh, field report said today. The reports said the government task force advanced about half a mile along route 38 toward the junction with highway 2, nine miles south of the capital. Then insurgents opened fire with anti-tank rockets, damging a forward armored vehicle.
