In Cambodia, a cabinet minister welcomed more than 700 nationalists who have pledged to fight alongside the army against the Khmer Rouge rebels. The nationalists, who call themselves Khmer Rumdos, have fought with the rebels since the war began nearly four years ago, prossesing to be anti-government but not communist.
