In Cambodia following the visit of the commanter in-Chief of the US Pacific Aremd Force to Phnom Penh Nixon asked congres to approve a 200 million dollar military and to Lon Nol, one day after the granting of emergency economic aid worth 23 million. This has not prevented division in the puppet ranks from worsening as In Tam's demand to resign proves. However the RGNUC at the UNO with a mojority vote by the UNO General Assembly in favour of its admission into this world organization instead of the Lon Nol chique. The struggle remains aduous for Washington Continues to send US armament and dollars to Lon Nol, but this new gain has considerably raised the pretige of the Royal Governmenrt of National Union. P2
