Mr Nixon's Cambodia Puzzle: In order to maintain a strong government which would meet the indeological aim of the Nixon doctrince in Cambodia, especially in the face of an ever growing force of resistiance, the White House has sent its special delegate Alexander Haing to Phnom Penh and laid down beforce Lon Nol the same solution as previously imposed by J.F Kennedy upon the Ngo Dinh Diam family: the younger brother know to overstep his province. Shoily be sent on errands abroad and the elder brother should see his powers lurtailed. P7
