Phnom Penh, March 28 (UPI). Rebel troops extended their control of former royal capital Oudong today and government warplanes bombed the city, military souces said. Government troops depending a pagoda at the eastern edge of the town, 17 miles northwest of Phnom Penh withdrew, giving the insurgents complete control of Oudong's skirts. The rebels entered the city 10 days ago.
