Saigon, March 31 (AP). Communist gunners continued to pound government forces in the strategic corridor northwest of Saigon, firing 168 mortar, artillery and rocket rounds into seven defferent positions last night and today, the Saigon command said. But in contrast to heavy ground fighting and artillery barrages in the region last week, the Saigon command reported no significant ground action today.
