Not just one, but more than 100 U.S military advisers are operating in Cambodia in violation of a comgressional ban, a former intelligence coodinator in Saigon has charged. Steven M. Davis, of Carmichael, Calif, who ealier this year was one of several former U.S employes who disclosed that top-secret state department message had been rerouted to the U.S joint chief of staff, asserts that U.S sdviser in Cambodia are leading Lon Nol government army troops and conducting intelligence operation.
