This news confirmed similar information reported by AFP on April 23, 1973 and a story told by a Thai "Volunteer" to correstpendent Marcet Barang (Le Monde D'iplomatique, June 1973) in Paksé (Laos) in April 1973 that he and his unit were to be sent to Cambodia.
