Most of the Cambodians who brought the original total of refugees at the embassy to 1,200 have decided to leave, according to a French Foreign Ministry spokeman here. He said their departure was "free, on both sides." that is, neither French Vice-Consul, who is in charge nor the Khmer Rouge put any pressure on then to leave the compound.
