Preah Vihear, Cambodia, April 25-Toppled by communist insurgents a week ago, the Khmer Republic still lives in the minds of 130 Cambodian soldiers who continue to occupy this position 190 miles north of Phnom Penh. Indicating the one-half-squaremile patch of land his troops control, Lt. Seng Rean. The unit's acting commander, said, "This is Cambodia, here." He mean that all other territory in the country had fallen to the insurgents.
