Summary / Abstract :
Patriots arbitrarity held in over 1,000 prisons of the US-Thieu regime across South Vietnam are being exterminated. Distress calls have been sent out from Con Dao, Phu Quoc, Tan Hiep, Chi Hoa and Thua "Cow-Sheds". They come from patriots, from those who have dared take up arms against the enemy, or who are against US aggression in one from or another. The victim of these horrors include nationalist-minded members of the Saigon army and administration who oppose the US Thieu dictatorial rule and favour peace, independence and neutrality. It is no exaggeration to say that there is hardly a South Vietnam family without some of its members in prison. Many have been apprehended recently. Innumerable others have been in custody for years now. P2
