Phnom Penh: The Khmer Rouge military thrust and the Lon Nol forces counter-punch are both now linked to the crucial United Nations' Vote in September that will decide which is the legitimate government of Cambodia. The vote could even came this month during the special session of the UN with a string of victories to its crechit the Royal Government of National Union of Cambodia (RGNUC) could improve its chances of recognition.
