A historic event in Paris: heroic people. The old clerk who served at the International Conference Centre in Klerber Street; in ceremonial dresse and with a big silver insignia on his breast, told us: A have been working at this centre for over decade. I have never seen in my life so long negotiations as those at the Paris conference on Vietnam. In fire years the centre has had twice to charge the seats leather cover for the vietnamese and Amarican negotiations... P2
