In Bangkok, communist troops effectively cut off Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh, last night when they moved into Pochentong village, only link with the outside world. Report from the embattled capital said hundreds of refugees, flocking towards the already overcrowded city, were halted by military police as the Khmer Rouge reached the market place.
