Yim Sambat, chief of Platoon 1, Company 41, Battalion 732, Regiment 173 of Pol Pot in 1970, committed traitorous acts by ordering soldiers to attack the wrong base of Phnom Penh military and reported to Phnom Penh military to drop bombs onto the front lines of Pol Pot. He threw grenades in the royal palace on 2 April, 1976 at 4.35, and then he was arrested.
យីម សម្បត្ដិ ជាប្រធានកងអនុវរសេនាតូចលេខ១, កងអនុវរសេ- នាធំលេខ៤១, កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៧៣២, កងវរសេនាធំលេខ ១៧៣ របស់ ប៉ុល ពត នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ បានប្រព្រឹត្ដសកម្មភាព ក្បត់ដោយបញ្ជាឱ្យទាហានចូលវាយប្រហារខុសមូលដ្ឋានយោធានៅ ភ្នំពេញ និង បានរាយការណ៍ទៅយោធាភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីទម្លាក់គ្រាប់ បែកនៅសមភូមិមុន របស់ ប៉ុល ពត។ គាត់បានបោកគ្រាប់បែក ដៃចូលទៅក្នុងព្រះបរមរាជរាំង នៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ នៅម៉ោង៤.៣៥នាទី និង បន្ទាប់មកគាត់បានចាប់ខ្លួន។
