Foreign Minister Uppadit Pachariyangkun has disclosed that the Foreign Ministry will publish a white paper to inform the word's countries about the killing of Thai people and burning house in Prachin Bori province by Cambodian troops. The Thai permanent representative to the UN will be instructed to distribute the white paper to foreign representatives.
