US illegal introduction of weapons and war meens into South Vietnam. At a recent meeting of the head delegtes to the central Four-party Joint Military Commission in Saigon, Lieutenant-General Tran Van Tra, Head of the Military Delegation of the RSVN-PRG, rejeeted the groundless charges and by the US and the Saigon administration against the RSVN-PRG, and pointed out that it was the US and the Saigon administration that are illegally bringing war means from US bases in Japan to Da Nang.
