The visiting Deputy Premier for Foreign Affairs of Democratic Cambodia, Ieng Sary, and his party on 8th March called on Foreign Minister U Hla Phone. Among those present was Deputy Foreign Minister U win. Later U Hla Phone gave a dinner for Ieng Sary. Speaking at the dinner, U Hla Phone said Burma treasured its friendly relations with all countries, above all its neighours, and wished to establish such relations inespective of differences in political, social and economic institutions.
