Saigon, May 1 (AP). South Vietnamese infantrymen, backed by tanks and bombers, have made incursions into Cambodia at two point along the border west of Saigon military sources and field reports said today. If true, the incursions would be in violation of the Paris agreement signed 15 months ago.
