Three montha have elapsed since the signing of the Paris Agreement on Vietnam. The last GI has gone home. This historic event was a great achievement of Vietnamese people as well as of all progressive mankind. Nevertheless, the situation in South Vietnam still remains very serious and many burning problems are pending. The Saigon army are pushing up their hillings of civilians with American bombs and shells, the blood of our fellow-coutryment continues to shed: peace is still percarus. Hundred of patriots are still detained and brutalized in the horrible prisons of the Saigon regime. There is not a shared of democracy in the areas held by the Saigon administration. The US is going with its brazen reconaissance flights over the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, bombings of many localities in Laos and escatation of the davastating war in Cambodia... P1
