The deputy prime minister in charge of foreign affairs of Demoncratic Kampuchea, Mr Ieng Sary, arrived this evening [21st March] on a four-day official visit to Singapore. He is accompanied by six senior officials. Mr. Ieng Sary met at the airport by the foreign minister, Mr. Rajaratnam; the minister foreign affairs, Mr Ong Soochran.
