A fresh important gain: The Communique signed on June 13, 1973 at the four parties to the Paris Agreement on Vietnam was a new gain of the Vietnamese people in the curse of the implementation of the January cease-fire. Its fourdeen points reaffirmed the fundamental provisions of the latter and those which had not been strictly observed by the US and the Saigon administration. The document also conslidated the legal basis of its predecesor and unqestion ably spelled out that the US and Saigon sides had committed very serious violations of the Paris Agreement and International Conference's Act.
