Thieu's Lie exposed: Father Chan Tin's eight-point denunciation. On April 4, 1973 father Chan Tin, in the name of the Committee for a Batter Penitentiary of the Saigon administration illeral detention of political prisoners and continued areas of people. The letter contained the following 8 points: 1. The government of the Republic of Vietnam (Saigon administration) for from setting free political prisoners has been arresting more people on political charges, especailly students and pupils and brutalizing evenmore harshly those detained...
