At the formal talks between Cambodia and Pakistan held in Islamabad on 28th March, which lasted over an hour and a half, the international situation was reviewed and issues of mutual. Concern were discussed. The same night, the Pakistan foreign office gave a dinner in honour of Ieng Sary, Cambodian Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister. Speaking on behalf of Pakistan, Aziz Ahmed said that the decision of the Cambodian government to support Prime Minister Bhutto's proposal for the Third World summit was the manifestation of the Cambodian concern for creating a global environment based on justice and equality.
