Uy Sim aka I was a deputy chief of political battalion 911, division 920. In 1976, Leng Eng, working in battalion 911, introduced Sim to carry out revolutionary guideline by assign him to push soldiers to work from the morning to night. The gruel ration would cut down to everyone who sick; but instead, the sick people were forced to work hard. For youths who worked lazily, they were punished for running or bringing to the prison.
ឈ្មោះអ៊ុយ ស៊ីម ហៅ អ៊ី អនុនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៩១១ កងពល ៩២០។ សកម្មភាព ១៩៧៦ ទេ្បង អេង វរសេនាតូច ៩១១ បានណែនាំស៊ីម អនុវត្ដមាគ៌ាឆេ្វង+ស្ដាំៈ ជំរុញ យុទ្ធជនឱយធ្វើការទាំងយប់ទាំងថ្ងៃ អ្នកណាឈឺដករបប ហើយ បង្ខំឱយធ្វើពលកម្ម។ យុវជនធ្វើមិនទាន់ម៉ោងដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មឱយ រត់ឬចាប់ចង។
