Phnom Penh, May 9 (AP). Ternming the situation "Very grave", the Cambodian government has moved about 1,000 reinforcements into Kampong Som, the country's majar port, in an effort to block advancing Khmer Rouge forces. The troops were brought by boat and air from Kampot 40 miles to the east, where they have been holding off another insurgent forces.
