To be fair to the USA, on should admit that it has complied with certain provision of the joint Communiqué relating to the cessation of reconnaissance flights over the DRVN, demining of the DRVN waters and resumption of the joint economic conference according schedule whereas the Saigon regime has proved to be active only in committing fresh violations and acts of sabotage. Are there any defferences of views between the Americam party becoming "wiser" and its Saigon confederates persisting in their dihonest behaviour? US officates said quite the contracy when they affirmed that Washington was not bound to stops its bombings in Cambodia... P1
