Summary / Abstract :

From June 15 to 25, 1973 alone, according to still incomplete data, the Saigon administration violated the privisions on ceasefire over 42,000 times, launched over 3,700 landgrabbing operations against areas controlled by the provisonnal revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam, causing great losses in lives and property to local population. In some operations over one division of infantry troops supported by tanks, artillery and aircraft were mobilized, as were the cases in Kontum, Chhong Thien, etc. The Cambodian people and demand that the United Sates put an end to its intervention and aggression in Cambodia, first of all step its bombing of Cambodian, territory, and let the Cambodian people settle themseves their internal affairs without foreign interference.
