Summary / Abstract :

Today is the second anniversary of the national independence day of Democratic Kampuchea. The Chinese government and people extend the warmest greetings to the government of Democratic Kampuchea and the fraternal Kampuchean people. Democratic Kampuchea was born admidst the flames if revolutionary war against imperialism. Two years ago today, the Kampuchean people, under the guidance of the correct line of the revolutionary organization, liberated Phnom Penh and won the great victory of the war for national liberation after five years of bloody battles. The victory brought to the Kampuchea people complete and thorough liberation and opened a new epoch in Kampuchean history.
