កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Um Samnang, train worker, confessed that Tapp, train driver in Phnom Penh, angry with the Angkar and convinced that the Angkar forced us to work restlessly and blamed like dogs. Tapp said that for these days we worked for food awaiting our death. In Cambodia, whenever a communist regime was used, people died endlessly. In fact, Chinese people from China immigrated to Cambodia due to their hatred on the communism. In September 1976, Tapp convinced that the forces of In Tam and Loek Sam-oeun would take over Battambang province to liberate Cambodia from the communism.
ឈ្មោះអ៊ំ សំណាង កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ តាប់ ឆ្មាំហ្វ្រាំង រទេះភ្លើងភ្នំពេញថាៈ តាប់ ខឹងអង្គការហើយឃោសនាថាធ្វើការ ច្រើនគ្មានសំរាក ស្ដីឱ្យដូចឆ្កែ។ តាប់ និយាយថាសម័យឡូវធ្វើការ ដូរបាយស៊ីទំរាំដល់ថ្ងៃងាប់, ស្រុកខ្មែរឱ្យតែប្រើច្បាប់កុម្មុយនិស្ដ មនុស្សងាប់អស់គ្មានសល់។ ចិននៅស្រុកចិនព្រោះតែវាស្អប់ កុម្មុយនិស្ដទើបវារត់មកស្រុកខ្មែរ។ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦ តាប់ ដើរឃោសនាថាមានទ័ពអ៊ិនតាំ និងទ័ពឡឹក សំអឿន វាយយកបាត់-ដំបង ដើម្បីរំដោះប្រទេសពីកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។
