Tiep Sithon, Chief of Small Cell, 24, was a native of Koh Sampeou Village, Pornhea Lieng Sub-district, Preah Sdech District, Svay Rieng province. In 1970, Sithon served as a soldier in Vietnam and then served as a Khmer soldier in Region 73 under the leadership of Phuon and Chakrei. In 1972, Oeun saw Sithon serving the Free Khmer and intruding into the Free Khmer movement. Oeun sent Sithon to infiltrate into Battalion 104 and 160, Regiment 160 to expand forces. In 1975, Phuon and Chakrei assigned Sithon to unit 502 Aviation to build up forces secretly pending July 1976 plots to destroy important materials he supervised. Sithon was the person who Phuon and Chakrei had confidence in to receive plans and conduct activities.
ឈ្មោះទៀប ស៊ីថុន ប្រធានកងតូច អាយុ ២៤ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិ គោកសំពៅ ឃុំពញាលៀង ស្រុកព្រះសេ្ដច ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង។ ១៩៧០ ស៊ីថុន ចូលធ្វើកងទ័ពវៀតណាម បន្ទាប់មកនៅកងទ័ពខ្មែរ វិញនៅតំបន់ ៩៣ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ភួននិងចក្រី។ ១៩៧២ អឿនឃើញស៊ីថុនបំរើសកម្មភាពខ្មែរសេរីបានល្អក៍បញ្ជូលក្នុងអង្គការ ខ្មែរសេរី ហើយចាត់តាំងស៊ីថុនឱ្យទៅបង្កប់នៅវរសេនាតូច ១០៤ ១៦០ វរសេនាធំ ១៦០ ដើម្បីពង្រីកកម្លាំង។ ១៩៧៥ ភួននិងចក្រី បានចាត់តាំងស៊ីថុនមកបង្កប់នៅកង៥០២ អាកាសចរដើម្បីពង្រីក កម្លាំងដោយសម្ងាត់ត្រៀមចាំផែនការខែ៧-១៩៧៦កំទេចសម្ភារៈ សំខាន់ៗដែលខ្លួនទទួលខុសត្រូវ។ ស៊ីថុន ជាមនុស្សដែលភួន និងចក្រីស្រឡាញ់ទុកចិត្ដក្នុងការទទួលផែនការនិងធ្វើសកម្មភាព។
