Mr. Long Boret, the Cambodian Prime Minister, said last nighy that a "provisional high committee" will be set up to rule the country. In a broadcast he said government officials and representative of Cambodia's armed forces had met and decided not to recognise any more the role of Acting President Saukham Khoy, who was flown out of the country yesterday in a US helicopter.
