Washington, June 21 (WP). The senate foreign relations committee grudgingly endorsed the nomination yesterday of Thomas Enders to be assistant secretary of state for economic affairs while handing him a sharp rebuke. The senate voted to confirm the mination later in the day. The committee said M. Enders, while serving as deputy chief of mission of the U.S Embassy in Cambodia, south to conceal from two of its staff members during and April, visit to Phnom Penh the embassy role in coordinating U.S boombing support of Cambodia government ground forces.
