Phnom Penh, Cambodia June 25 (NYT). with its major cities besieged by communist-led-insurgents Cambodia has become riddled with profiteering not on gold or opium, but on food. It takes half an hour for a load of fresh fish to triple in value as it is flown the 50 miles from Kampong Chhnang to this beleaguered capital. Over that distance, deef prices soar, and sugar prices rise 50 percent as well.
