The traumatic defeat and moral damage the Indochinese people inflicted on the U.S is sure to have a far reaching effect on Washington foreign policy and its relationship with the world for which it pretends to care. The profound message to the superpower is there they cannot continue to treat the third world like kindergarten children who can be subjected to political dictation or beaten into submission by the use of weapon.
