Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Wednesday, October 4 (UPI)-The explosion of an M-113 armored personnel carrier set off several thousand rounds of small arms ammunition stored in a Phnom Penh. Sports stadium this morning and spread panic in this already tense capital. The explosion occurred when the carrier was undergoing repairs and two wires were accidentally crossed, causing a short circuit. There were no apparent casualties. P1
