Saigon, South Vietnam, Sunday, October 8-Communist troops hels on the positions in three small hamlets only 20 miles north of Saigon for the second day yesterday but Government forces drove the infiltrators out of three others, a military spokesman said. [The Cambodian Capital, Phnom Penh, was attacked by enemy infiltrators. Preliminary reports, according to the Associated Press, placed the number of Cambodians killed at 36 soldiers and civilians, and the enemy toll all 28 soldiers]. P1
