Phnom Penh, July 19 (AP). Government troops killed 100 Khmer Rouge soldiers in a battle near the Prek Tnot Dam, 45 miles south of the capital, the military command reported today. In the parrot's beak region of eastern Cambodia, near the Vietnamese border, the command said, government troops near Svay Rieng killed 11 Khmer Rouge soldiers. Government casualties were not reported.
