Washington, August 4 (NYT). U.S Ambassator John Dean regularly gives military advice to President Lon Nol and other Cambodian officials despite congressional injunctions, according to a report issued yesterday by the house foreign affairs committee. The report which covered all of Indochina, noted that five laws prohibited the United State "from acting in a military advisory capacity in Cambodia".
