Phnom Penh, September 24 (UPI). Communist gunners fired for 107-mm rockets into the Cambodian capital at dawn today in their first attack on the city in more than a month police said. They said that the rockets wounded eight civillians, two of them children, in the capital's south side. Field reports latter in the day said that communist troops had overrun the village of Pongro, 66 miles southwest of Phnom Penh, sending hundreds of inhabitants fleeing. Report said that the communist burned down 300 of houses in the village, which had a population about 3,000.
