Known to Communist: American and South Vietnamese officials are reluctant to reveal details of the new Hoi MKnh, or rallier, who remains in the hands of interrogators. He is reported to have given himself up about three weeks ago in the area of the Rocky Seven Mountains-an outcropping astride the Cambodia-South Vietnamese border. He defected to a South Vietnamese until then operating inside Cambodia.
